As my son has been off for the Easter holidays I have taken more photos than usual so I had a selection of styles to choose from this week. The one I’ve chosen for this week’s Project 52 photo is mainly because it’s “in season” with the daffodils that have finally started to spring up. The temperatures are rising and I’m hopeful that we are finally, albeit slowly, stepping into Spring.

My son is a real giggler and this photo shows how I see him every day, laughing at simple and silly things…like the pulling the head of a daffodil! I love flowers and, whilst pulling heads of them isn’t something I encourage, sometimes you have to let children be children!

I toyed over showing the colour or black and white version but eventually decided on the black and white version as I wanted the main focus of the photo to be my son’s expression rather than the colours of the scene (which incidentally was really beautiful in colour).

Please feel free to share my posts on your Facebook page but remember that you cannot download or use my photos without my permission.
