For this week’s Project 52, I decided to purchase a little prop for the photos. Whilst my son didn’t particularly warm to his Indian headdress (he’s not one for dressing up!) I captured some cool portraits of him outdoors in woodlands. Some of the photos I directed, some were of him doing his own thing amongst the trees and some were at the end of the photo session when we went to the park and had ice-cream.

I find it quite hard to choose just one photo each week from our photo sessions and this week was no exception. I captured a variety of different looks and I was torn between close up shots and the colour versions showing the headdress. I eventually decided to go for the one below because of his stance in the photo and I particularly liked the tones of the black and white version.

With Spring now feeling like it’s here, it’s the perfect time to capture some portraits of your children and if you would like to book a lifestyle portrait session with me, please get in touch via my website by completing the contact form or by telephone on 07977 499473.

If you like the photos I am sharing, keep an eye out on my blog as I will post some more from this photo session in the next week or two.

You are welcome to share my post on your Facebook page with your friends via the link at the end of the post and your comments are always appreciated.

Thank you xoxo
