At the beginning of December, I had the pleasure of photographing Louise and David’s wedding.
The day started with Louise, her bridesmaids and family at the Kelham House Hotel. Louise and David were married at St. Wilfred’s Church in Kelham which is in the same grounds as Kelham Hall. Unfortunately, there were no photographs allowed during the service from the front of the alter but I was allowed to take photographs from the back of the church. Following the service, Louise and David went for a short drive whilst the wedding party walked across to Kelham Hall for celebratory drinks.
On their return, we went into Kelham Hall’s grounds for their bride and groom portraits. Louise did amazingly well to venture outside as it was freezing cold weather, however, the wind was so strong we decided to keep to a couple of areas which shielded Louise and David from the wind and then went back into to Kelham Hall to have the remainder of the photos taken in Kelham Hall’s beautiful interior.
Louise and David had organised a jester to entertain the children (who also entertained a few of the grown-ups!) before the wedding breakfast took place in the stunning dome area.
Louise looked beautiful and was a very calm bride throughout the day. I would like to thank Louise and David for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. It was a pleasure to be part of their special day and I wish them all the happiness in their future together.
Thank you to Emma for assisting me again and also second shooting.
