In December 2016, I had the pleasure of photographing Grace and Phil’s wedding at Kelham House in Newark.
Having photographed at Kelham House earlier in the year for a summer wedding, it was lovely to revisit it for a winter wedding just before Christmas.
The whole of Grace and Phil’s wedding celebrations took place at Kelham House and I started the day with Grace, her bridesmaid and mum for the bridal preparations part of the day where the ladies were very relaxed looking forward to the day ahead.
The ceremony was beautiful! This is what the day is all about and I feel the photos show the love and emotion between Grace and Phil. From the moment Grace walked down the aisle, they couldn’t stop smiling at each other. It’s been hard to select just a few from the day because I wanted to show the constant happiness at this special time.
During the drinks reception, there was a magician to entertain everyone. Grace and Phil probably gave one of the best double shocked expressions I’ve seen (scroll down the photos below to see). One of their guests also performed some magic tricks much to the amusement of the hired magician.
As well as an entertaining speech by the best man, there was a heart felt speech from Phil which was quite emotional for everyone.
When the evening entertainment started with Grace and Phil’s first dance, there was no shortage of guests joining them on the dance floor.
As you will see from the photos below, Grace looked stunning in her lace wedding dress and Phil looking very smart in his military uniform.
It was a wonderful day from beginning to end and I would like to thank Grace and Phil for asking me to photograph their wedding.
Hope you like the photos I have chosen to share with you from this beautiful day. If you would like to share them with your friends and family, there are social media links at the end of end of the post.
Finally, if you are looking for a wedding photographer at Kelham House or any other venue, please get in touch and let me know your wedding date and location.
