Wedding photography at Rutland Water Golf Course – Jemma and Joe

At the end of June, I had the pleasure of photographing Jemma and Joe’s wedding at Rutland Water Golf Course in Leicestershire.

I started the day with Jemma and her family at her home where everyone was really relaxed and then went to see Joe and the groomsmen before they left for St. Peter’s Church in Empingham.

Following a beautiful ceremony, which included singing by a gospel choir, everyone made a quick dash to Rutland Water Golf Course as it had started to rain when we were leaving church and although it was raining, it didn’t dampen the spirits leaving church.

Fortunately, the rain didn’t stay around for long and for the remainder of the day it was beautiful weather.

Following the drinks reception came the speeches and then a buffet.

It wasn’t long before the evening entertainment began and Jemma and Joe started the dancing with their official first dance with their friends and family joining them soon after.

Jemma looked stunning and Jemma and Joe make a wonderful couple clearly highly thought of by their family and friends.

Thank you to Jemma and Joe for their message:-

“Thank you so much they are incredible and I love how much they tell the story of the day, they are even better than we could hope for, you’ve done an amazing job and we cant wait to show them off!”

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Jemma and Joe for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. It was lovely to be part of your wedding day and I wish you both a future of happiness together.

Below are a selection of photos telling the story of their wedding day. There are links to share the post on your social media pages at the end of the post.

Hope you enjoy looking through them x
