Children’s Portraits – Nottingham UK Photographer – Project 52, week 32

For our summer holidays this year we went to Santa Eulalia in Ibiza. We had an amazing time and I could easily have stayed longer!

Although I usually take my dslr camera on holiday, this year I took a compact camera with me which I think made me take more photos throughout the holiday than usual as I had it with me all the time. I have under 400 “keep” photos from our holidays so maybe I’ll share a few more with you later on when work has quietened down a little.

For one of the nights, we headed to Ibiza town which I really love and a side street just near the Cathedral caught my eye so I asked my son to stand there for a photograph . From the expression on his face, I don’t think he was too impressed with it himself, although it could be interpreted as a “moody” photographic look!

I really liked the colours in the scene that coincidentally complimented the clothes he was wearing that night (not planned!) so I thought I would share this one with you.
