Last month, I had the pleasure of photography a charity fashion show organised by The Dress Agency of Radcliffe on Trent Nottingham. Photographing a fashion show was a first for me and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was some fabulous clothes modelling by a group of lovely ladies and whilst I was clicking away, I was tempted by quite a lot of the outfits, a Gucci and Prada dress to name a few!
Carlton Arena Taekwondo including Maxine from the Dance Studio performed a routine, Anna and Karen sang a beautiful song and a couple of the guys from the Nottingham Rugby Club, namely Jack and Rhys, came along to strut their stuff the ladies.
A very talented lady, Alex Bonniface, made a wedding gown especially for the fashion show and can custom make wedding dresses to your wishes.
None of the models were professional but they did a great job and all offered their time for free as did everyone involved in the fashion show including those mentioned above and the stylist and make-up artist. All proceeds from the ticket sales for the fashion show was split between two very deserving charities, Rainbows and RAINS and with a lot of organisation from Diane at The Dress Agency over £1,000 was raised.
The Dress Agency is located in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottingham and buys and sells designer clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery and is definitely a place to go!
Apologies if I have forgotten to mention anyone else involved but I have put together a selection of photos taken on the night below but trust me, The Dress Agency has a lot more in their shop:-
